STARTUP VISA PROGRAM
Candidates can enter Canada via the startup visa programme on a work permit sponsored by a Canadian investor, and if their business is established, they can apply for a permanent residence visa.

Succeeding applicants can collaborate with Canadian private sector investors to get money and operational advice for their businesses. - Australian Business Innovation and Investment (Temporary) Visa
The Entrepreneur stream of this visa category allows you to own and manage a business in Australia or carry out business or investment activities in Australia.
Eligibility Requirements
- Have plans to do business in Australia
- Have a financing agreement of at least A$200,000 to do business in Australia
- Have a start-up business plan
- Have sufficient English language skills Knowledgeable
There are seven categories of provisional visa programs:
1. Business Innovation Stream – This provisional visa allows you to run a new or existing business in Australia. Must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency or Austrade.
2. Investor Flow – This requires holding at least A$1.5 million in an Australian state or territory and maintaining business and investment activities in Australia.
3. Significant Investor Flow – Individuals willing to invest at least A$5 million in Australian investments can apply for this visa. Must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency or Austrade.
4. Business Innovation Extension Stream – This visa allows holders of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa to extend their stay in Australia for an additional two years. For this extension, applicants must have held a Business Innovation Stream visa for at least three years and be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency or Australiatrade.
5.Significant Investor Extension Stream – This visa allows Significant Investor Stream holders to extend their stay in Australia for up to an additional four years. For this extension, the applicant must have had significant investor flow for at least three years and be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency or Australiatrade.
6. Premium Investor Stream – This visa requires a nomination through Austrade and an investment of at least A$15 million in an Australian business or charity.
